Key Responsibilities : \n  Collect, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry.\n Accurately enter both alphabetic and numeric data into the assigned system.\n Ensure data entered is free of errors by reviewing and correcting discrepancies.\n Follow company security and confidentiality procedures, especially regarding HIPAA regulations.\n Perform light office tasks such as filing, sorting, and proofreading as needed.\n Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications\n High school diploma or equivalent (required).\n\tSome experience in an office or clerical setting is helpful but not required.\n\tComfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel).\n\tStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.\n\tWillingness to learn and follow instructions closely.\n\tAbility to work in a team and independently.\n\tReliable, punctual, and able to stay focused in a busy environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbury, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
