Job descriptionDedicated primary clinic nurse (CMA, LPN or RN) with support of float nursing Co-located workstations for provider / nursing with an additional office Opportunity for voice-recognition software (Dragon) or scribe Team support including RN nurse lead visits, diabetic education, health care home for complex patient care, legal aide, health care navigator for uninsured / underinsured Community health worker and community paramedic for patient engagement and home visits Prescription support programs for uninsured / underinsured In-room schedulers to promote continuity (follow-up appointments made for patients before they leave the room) Mental Health support including Integrated Behavioral Health with often same-day video consultation and Psychiatry chart review for medication management E-consults for specialty care to allow for PCP management without the wait for a formal consult Diverse population with a predominantly Latino minority. Job Description
Seeking BE / BC Family Medicine w / OB Physician to join a thriving rural practice including six Family Medicine physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers providing a full spectrum of care in Central Minnesota.
- Call approximately 1 : 6 weekdays with physician staffing Level IV Emergency Department during day and providing back-up call to APP overnights.
- Weekend call with primary hospitalist duties including admissions and rounding. Locums ED coverage means more time at home! Additional ED shifts available for those interested.
- Opportunity to grow obstetrical practice while providing OB back-up call to partners.
- Salary Range $250,000 - $300,000
