Position Summary :

As a Home Health Aide with CareerLINK Staffing, you will provide crucial support to patients in their homes by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring their health, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation and laundry.
  • Administer medications and manage medical equipment as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Assist with exercises and physical therapy routines as prescribed.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in health status to healthcare providers.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Home Health Aide training is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role.
  • Strong understanding of patient care and basic medical procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting patients.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.50 - $18.20 / hour.
