Job Opportunity At Heidelberg Materials

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materials
  • Monitor and adjust dredging operations to maintain optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on dredge machinery
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate material handling and site operations
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
  • Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

    • Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    • Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

    • What We Offer

  • $44.75 per hour
