Job descriptionDemonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards Capability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level $44.75 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materials
- Monitor and adjust dredging operations to maintain optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on dredge machinery
- Communicate with team members to coordinate material handling and site operations
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations
