Administrative Coordinator - Clinical Trials Unit
Pennington Biomedical Research Center, a world-renowned academic research institute of Louisiana State University, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in the Clinical Trials Unit.
The Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Clinical Trials Unit (CTU), working closely with CTU leadership, medical staff, and research physicians to ensure efficient operations within a dynamic clinical research environment. This role is responsible for coordinating medical staff committee functions, managing the credentialing process, and serving as a system administrator for research-related databases and tools. The coordinator also supports travel logistics, expense reporting, and scheduling, contributing to the overall success of clinical research activities and medical staff operations.

The hiring range for the Administrative Coordinator position is $45,000 $55,000 annually, with the final salary offer determined based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Paychecks are issued monthly.
