Key Responsibilities :

Support the quarterly valuation process for portfolio companies across diverse industries

Prepare valuation models, summaries, and performance metrics

Assist with internal and external reporting, including SEC filings and audit support

Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional teams on valuation inputs

Prepare materials for management, investor, and analyst presentations

Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Master's or MBA preferred)

CPA or CFA designation (or currently pursuing) required

1-4 years of experience in accounting, banking, or finance - public accounting experience highly valued
