Internship Details :

  • Duration : 11 weeks, full-time
  • Dates of Internship : June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026
  • Location : Westborough, Massachusetts
  • Hours : 40 hrs / week
  • Eligibility : Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

    We're looking for a data-driven and globally minded analyst to support sales operations. This role focuses on market analysis, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) optimization, and process improvement across global territories.

    About the Team : The Sales Operations team is a connector between Sales and many other departments in Labcorp. Sales Ops applies systematic thinking to sales processes, creating the infrastructure that allows salespeople to focus on selling rather than administration - much like how IT provides the infrastructure that enables everyone to do their jobs effectively. Our team consists of tenured and newer staff.

    Internship Assignment Summary :

  • Conduct market analysis to support territory planning and expansion strategies.
  • Perform international targeting and key account research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive data and marketing trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Execute CRM data cleanup and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Document and improve sales processes, identifying areas for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support regulatory documentation and compliance efforts for international operations.
  • Collaborate on logistics projects, including import / export coordination and global supply chain support.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to guide sales strategy and performance tracking.
  • Assist in process documentation and standardization across global teams.
  • Considered a plus! Leverage bilingual / multilingual capabilities to support international communications and documentation.
  • Education / Qualifications / Skills :

  • Studying Business, Data Science, Analytics
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and data tools
  • Multilingual proficiency a bonus
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Pay Range : All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

    Benefits : Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
