A company is looking for a Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Therapist & Consultant in Missouri.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group clinical consultations and support onboarding of new clinicians

Deliver evidence-based therapy and maintain compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards

Promote a positive work culture and collaborate with leadership to enhance clinician support and development

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field

Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Missouri and eligibility for licensure in Oregon

Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience

Commitment to cultural humility and competence in serving diverse populations

Demonstrated collaboration, professionalism, and ethical integrity
