The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional AI Architect to lead the technical vision for the next generation of deterministic AI-to-AGI systems. This is a transformative leadership role where you'll architect solutions that fundamentally reimagine how enterprises leverage AI-moving beyond the limitations of LLMs to create systems that are predictable, transparent, auditable, and truly intelligent.

You'll design architectures that bridge symbolic reasoning, deterministic algorithms, and advanced hierarchical models to solve problems traditional AI cannot address : real-time decision-making in regulated environments, verifiable compliance, and continuous adaptation without the astronomical costs and risks of LLM-based approaches.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic architectural vision as the company scales from innovative startup to enterprise AI leader. You'll build systems that matter-protecting enterprises from compliance failures, reducing investigation costs, and enabling the safe deployment of AI across mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do-Architect AI-to-AGI Systems : Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for deterministic, multi-threaded AI-to-AGI platform, ensuring systems scale from real-time enterprise operations to advanced reasoning capabilities-Transform Enterprise Data : Design architectures that unlock siloed data across heterogeneous enterprise systems, harmonizing different formats and enabling real-time intelligent orchestration-Embed Governance by Design : Build architectural patterns that make compliance, auditability, and policy enforcement intrinsic to every system component-not bolt-on features-Bridge Research and Production : Partner with research and product teams to translate innovations in symbolic reasoning, hierarchical models, and deterministic AI into production-grade enterprise solutions-Champion Deterministic Intelligence : Establish best practices for reproducibility, verification, and traceability across data pipelines, reasoning engines, and deployment environments-Lead Technical Decision-Making : Conduct architectural reviews, evaluate technologies, and make critical infrastructure and framework decisions that balance innovation with enterprise reliability-Scale Engineering Excellence : Mentor and guide engineering teams through hands-on technical leadership while shaping a culture of rigor, innovation, and customer-centricity-Build the Technical Roadmap : Develop and communicate a multi-year architectural vision that aligns with business objectives, customer needs in regulated industries, and the path toward AGI capabilities-Evangelize the Platform : Represent technical vision to enterprise customers, strategic partners, and the broader AI community

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications-10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in architectural or technical leadership roles-Deep AI / ML systems expertise : Proven experience architecting AI / ML platforms, distributed systems, or high-scale enterprise software-Deterministic & symbolic AI knowledge : Strong understanding of deterministic algorithms, symbolic reasoning, rule-based systems, constraint satisfaction, or hybrid AI approaches-Reproducibility & verification experience : Demonstrated success implementing verifiable AI methods, explainability frameworks, or formal correctness guarantees-Multi-threaded systems : Experience designing real-time, concurrent, or parallel processing architectures with performance-critical requirements-Strategic + hands-on balance : Ability to move seamlessly between writing code, solving complex technical challenges, and defining long-term architectural strategy-Leadership & communication : Exceptional ability to mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and articulate complex architectural concepts to diverse audiences
