Executive Personal Assistant

Remote job at Get It - Hospitality. Location : West Los Angeles area (90066).

Job Title : Digital Communications and Scheduling Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize digital communication channels and scheduling software to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.

Anticipate the needs of the team and adapt to shifting priorities with a positive attitude.

Support various projects and initiatives within the organization, particularly in the healthcare and business operations sectors.

Qualifications

Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital communication tools and scheduling software.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in healthcare, franchising, or business operations is a plus, but not required.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though we welcome candidates with relevant experience.

Work Environment & Schedule

Location : This position is based in the West Los Angeles area (90066).

Hours : Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for urgent matters.

Hybrid Flexibility : While the role is primarily in-person, there may be opportunities for remote work based on your schedule and tasks.
