Job description
A company is looking for a PX Operations Manager to enhance employee experience and drive automation initiatives within HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead system and process automation initiatives, implementing AI tools to streamline HR workflows
Maintain and optimize HR systems, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
Create reporting and analytics dashboards with AI-enhanced data visualization for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
8-10 years of experience in HR operations or professional services
Experience with HR technologies, particularly Workday and ServiceNow
Experience implementing AI tools and automation solutions
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple regions
