Accounts Receivable Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable team, ensuring effective follow-up and productivity

Conduct training, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve collection rates

Oversee billing and collections for various financial classes and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years of progressive hospital business office collections experience

Experience leading teams of 10+ members in accounts receivable management

At least two years of experience with Epic and knowledge of its functionalities

Familiarity with payer rules and regulations, and automated workflow tools

Intermediate Excel skills preferred
