Sales & Events Manager (Restaurant / Catering / Private Dining)

$50000$60000 base monthly commissions with potential earnings of $75000$90000 annually

Nacho Daddy Nashville is looking for a Sales & Events Manager to grow our catering private dining and group sales business. Were not just nachos and margaritaswere about unforgettable parties community connections and turning every guest into a raving fan.

What Youll Do

Generate and manage event catering and private-party sales from inquiry to execution.

Build partnerships with hotels corporate planners and local influencers.

Create local marketing and sales campaigns that drive new business.

Manage BEOs contracts and delivery platforms (Uber Eats DoorDash Grubhub).

What You Bring

3 years in hospitality catering or event sales (restaurant or hotel preferred).

Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals.

Excellent communication organization and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with systems like TripleSeat OpenTable R365 and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated results-driven and ready to hustle with Team Nacho.
