Staff Full Stack Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer with a product focus.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Client Ops team to design and deliver full stack solutions

Build and maintain features using React (TypeScript) and Ruby on Rails

Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces with high-quality UX

Required Qualifications

Strong full stack skills, including experience with React and Ruby on Rails (or Python)

Familiarity with PostgreSQL and frontend frameworks like Tailwind or Shadcn

Passion for AI and familiarity with tools like Cursor

Ability to create user-friendly interfaces independently

Excellent organizational skills and project management experience
