Q Center is looking for a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team!

Job Summary

The F&B supervisor is responsible for supervising team members, directing and overseeing the service in the dining areas, coffee breaks, banquets, and retail outlets, including set-up, service and break down. They will be responsible for assignment of duties during their shifts and ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner. They may be scheduled to work in any of these locations. They will work closely with the event planning team and culinary departments to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction at each location. They are also responsible for assisting the manager with training, motivating, and coaching the staff, and monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs.

The schedule for this position varies, and will include days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Starting rate for this position is $22.00 / hour.
