Job Title : Associate Scientist – Bioscience

Location : Gaithersburg, MD

Pay : $57,058 – $71,323 / year ( Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do :

• Generation of biopharmaceutical reagents to advance the R&D pipeline
• Performing purifications for complex biopharmaceutical drugs such as antibodies, bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, DuetMabs, pDNA, and viruses
• Performing conjugations of candidate drugs and anti-IDs to support PK / PD studies
• Solving challenging protein purification problems
• Performs technology development projects to increase purification efficiency

What We're Looking For :

✅  Highly team-oriented, energetic, critical thinker, organized, capable of multitasking with excellent oral

and written skills ✅ Knowledge of Basic Protein Chemistry, Protein Chromatography, Purification Process Design for Monoclonal Antibodies and Novel Proteins, Basic Analytical Techniques (HPLC and SDS-PAGE Analyses),  Protein Modification by Conjugation, Statistics Software and DOE Analysis ✅ Experience performing protein chromatography using Akta / Akta software ✅ Experience performing analytical testing
