Emerald Queen Casino is seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for greeting team members, applicants, and visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring smooth access control to the HR office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across various HR divisions, maintain organized records in compliance with Tribal policies, and deliver superior service while handling a wide range of front desk responsibilities. A strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential for success in this role.
