A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle client and vendor account inquiries and service issues.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to incoming service-related issues and questions, providing answers and resolving waste service issues
Works collaboratively with waste hauling vendors to coordinate service orders and resolve issues
Manages internal work activity reports and updates client and vendor data within internal systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
