Senior Benefits Manager
Nordstrom is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our Healthcare and Wellness programs in alignment with Nordstrom's talent and Total Rewards priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in total benefits offerings, market trends, and employee experience. They communicate with credibility and influence, delivering innovative, inclusive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our workforce. This individual will demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of the business, sound judgment, strong business acumen, and a track record of driving process improvements and program innovation.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$126,500.00 - $210,000.00 Annual This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical / vision / dental / life / disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
