A landmark waterfront development is underway, incorporating large-scale marine infrastructure, upgraded hospitality and retail elements, enhanced transportation systems, and dynamic public spaces. The project is designed to transform the visitor journey while creating lasting value for stakeholders and the surrounding community.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead this high-profile development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring the highest standards of quality, design, schedule, and budget. This role requires a proven leader with deep experience in complex hospitality, infrastructure, or waterfront projects - Caribbean project experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the project lifecycle : feasibility, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Engage with stakeholders across government, private sector, contractors, consultants, and design partners.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and reporting to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Uphold quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Champion enhancements to guest experience, site flow, landscaping, and amenities.
• Support regional engagement by integrating local contractors, suppliers, and businesses.
• Travel regularly to the project site while coordinating operations from Miami.
