Senior Water / Wastewater Process Engineer

We are a leading architecture & engineering firm seeking a motivated Senior Process Engineer to join our Treatment Practice. You will lead design and optimization of water & wastewater treatment facilities for municipal and industrial clients.

What you’ll do :

• Drive business development : prepare proposals, define project scope, pitch to clients
• Communicate with clients to assess needs, propose technical solutions, and build relationships
• Oversee process engineering portions of projects : scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Lead all phases of treatment plant design : master planning, feasibility, conceptual / preliminary / detailed design
• Perform process modeling, mass balances, hydraulics; prepare PFDs & P&IDs
• Select equipment and develop layouts for technologies such as activated sludge, nutrient removal, membrane bioreactors, filtration, disinfection
• Mentor junior engineers; collaborate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation / control teams
• Support permitting & regulatory compliance; visit sites during design, construction & commissioning
