Shifts Available : 6 AM - 6 PM, Friday and Saturday; 6PM - 6 AM, Tuesday (Adult)

• Case Specific Pay Rate : $38 / Hour

Your Role

As an RN / LPN with IntelliChoice, you will provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, including trach and vent-dependent individuals of all ages. You will work closely with families to ensure the highest quality of care in a safe, comfortable home environment.

Requirements

Current RN / LPN license in North Carolina or a compact state

Current CPR certification (in-person only)

TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
