Workday HCM & Security Lead

A company is looking for a Workday Core HCM & Security Configuration Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and configure Workday Core HCM processes and security components

Lead design workshops and documentation efforts for core HR processes, translating business requirements into effective Workday configurations

Oversee and configure Workday security setup to maintain proper access controls and compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills

8+ years of HRIS / HCM implementation experience, with at least 5 years focused on Workday HCM

Workday HCM and Workday Security certification(s) strongly preferred

Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM business process configuration and security administration

Proven ability to lead a functional workstream on large-scale implementations

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
