Spanning more than 28,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor space, the club features premium pickleball courts, curated cultural experiences, and a vibrant food and beverage program led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants. JF Restaurants is seeking passionate and experienced line cooks to join our esteemed culinary team at Hamlin House. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group .

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute all food items and mise- en -place with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Communicate effectively with Management regarding product quality and inventory levels.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and purpose in all tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards.
• Ensure all the products and prepared items are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated following FIFO (first in, first out)
• Perform station break-downs and deep cleaning duties with pride and professionalism.
