What You Will Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL
Program and optimize CNC machines Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations.Lead Through Knowledge Train, mentor, and support machinists to raise production standards.Solve Complex Problems Review blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for optimal efficiency.Innovate for Efficiency Design process layouts that enhance workflow, cut waste, and boost machining capabilities.What Were Looking For
?? Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent experience.?? 2+ years of CNC programming experience (Advanced degree preferred)?? Mastery of G and M codes, CAD / CAM software (Mastercam and SolidWorks a plus)?? Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning / tolerancing (GD&T)?? U.S. citizenship required (Ability to obtain / maintain a government security clearance)This isnt just a job, it's your next big step.
