We are currently seeking a talented Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of trial experience to handle real estate and construction litigation matters. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice in Rhode Island with a plus for Connecticut and / or Massachusetts, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a client-focused setting that encourages close collaboration with partners and staff. In this role, you'll represent clients in disputes ranging from boundary issues, adverse possession, land use and easements to complex construction claims, conducting research, drafting pleadings, and advocating in court. • Duties
• Represent clients in litigation matters in Real Estate, Construction and Business Law .
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw AI to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are prioritized.
• Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school admission to the Rhode Island Bar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation or related fields with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw is essential.
• Strong knowledge of various areas of law including real estate, construction and insurance, and more.
• Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting required.
• Experience with Office - Word, Excel, and Power point.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests. Pay : $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
