Custodian 2

Under the supervision of the Custodian IV for the Compton Union Building, performs custodial and building, facility and equipment maintenance work.

This is a fulltime (100 % FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary : $3,262 to $4,320 | Range 36 (Steps A - M). Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. The above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications : The ability to do required work, the ability to read and write AND six months experience in custodial, general or building maintenance, grounds keeping, or semi-skilled carpentry, electrical and / or plumbing repair work; OR equivalent education / experience.

Successful Candidate will work 4 : 00 pm - 12 : 30 am Tuesday - Saturday.
