DE Licensed Mortgage Underwriter

A company is looking for a Mortgage Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate risk in accordance with investor guidelines and company policies

Review loan files, including title and appraisal reports, and set terms for approval or identify reasons for rejection

Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate loan decisions to sales channels and management

Required Qualifications

Must have DE certification

Must have FHA experience

Minimum 3 years of government underwriting experience

Must be familiar with Encompass software
