Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience. Key Responsibilities + Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression. + Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals. + Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately. + Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics. + Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed. Qualifications + Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred. + Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment. + Basic computer and payment processing skills. + Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented team player. Schedule This role requires availability Thursdays and Fridays from 9 : 30am to 7 : 00pm, and Saturdays from 9 : 30am to 5 : 00pm with occasional travel.
