Director of System Professional Billing Clinical Documentation Integrity

UF Health is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the Professional Billing (PB) Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) program across the health system. The PB CDI Director will partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive system-wide improvements in documentation quality, risk adjustment (HCC-RAF), and evaluation and management (E / M) coding accuracy. This role provides leadership and guidance to the PB CDI Manager and team of CDIS, ensuring effective processes, team engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead PB CDI strategy, implementation, and evaluation across UF Health.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and the UF Health System CDI Director to drive accurate and complete clinical documentation.
• Monitor and improve E / M and HCC-RAF metrics.
• Oversee and support the PB CDI Manager and CDIS team to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
