What You’ll Do
Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers (air-cooled and centrifugal), cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, VAVs, valves, and fan coil unitsDiagnose and repair defects in electronic, mechanical, and electrical components related to chillers and HVAC systemsInspect and test system components for efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standardsConduct preventive maintenance, installations, retrofits, and troubleshooting of chiller and refrigeration equipmentInterpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to perform repairs and system assessmentsProvide excellent customer service through professional, on-site interactionsAdhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all work performedWhat We’re Looking For
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving recordActive EPA Certification2+ years’ experience in a commercial HVAC setting with chillersOSHA 10 certification preferredTechnical training in HVAC or Refrigeration preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours and participate in on-call shifts as neededA Few More Things
