Job descriptionAbility to operate heavy equipment with precision and care Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial setting Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Commitment to maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Must be eligible to work in the United States Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 25 lbs. Job Responsibilities
- Operate front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with stockpile management and material handling
- Communicate with team members to coordinate operations
- Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents
