In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate IT projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation across the organization. You will oversee project scope, cost, and delivery timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality results. Accountabilities :
- Develop, manage, and execute project plans across schedule, cost, scope, and quality dimensions.
- Identify dependencies, critical paths, and potential risks, and communicate these to stakeholders effectively.
- Follow established methodologies and deliver projects using standard SDLC templates.
- Track and document project risks, issues, and variances, implementing mitigation and corrective action plans as needed.
- Manage and report project expenses, including labor and capital costs.
- Create and maintain effective communication plans for project stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across teams, promoting accountability and transparency.
- Commit to continuous learning, staying current with evolving project management methodologies and tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.4–7 years of IT work experience, with at least 3 years in project management.Solid understanding of Waterfall methodology; familiarity with Agile practices is preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Clarity.Ability to manage complex projects, balance competing priorities, and adapt to change.Excellent communication, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Certification in project management or Agile (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred.Benefits
