Job descriptionBase pay $0.54$0.60 CPM based on experience. Detention after 2 hours : $12.50 per hour. Layover / breakdown pay : $100 per day. Sign-on bonus : $500 after first load $500 after 30 days. Performance bonus : up to 3 CPM based on miles safety and productivity. Medical dental vision and prescription insurance 401(k). Employee assistance program. Life disability accident and critical illness insurance. Rider policy age 12. Pet policy for dogs up to 40 lbs. Minimum 3 months of verifiable solo tractor-trailer OTR experience in the last 12 months. Minimum age 21. Valid CDL-A. Acceptable MVR / PSP and safety history. No DUI within the last 5 years. Must pass drug screen and DOT physical. Stable employment history with no major gaps.
Steady Southwest regional miles and weekly home time. Clean equipment simple pay structure and no-touch freight.
Job Details
- Regional Southwest freight with a weekly 34-hour reset at home.
- Average 2000-2300 miles per week
- Weekly gross typically $1200$1400.
- Average length of haul around 300 miles.
- 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop & hook and live unloads.
- 2021 Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth AUTOMATIC
- 24 / 7 operations and driver support.
