Billing Analyst

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and post invoices, resolving discrepancies in project notes and amounts

Manage department communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries

Generate monthly reports on unpaid invoices and follow up on overdue accounts

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Business or a related field

2-4 years of experience in a similar field

Experience with Practice CS is preferred

Proficiency in billing systems and Excel or similar tools

No supervisory responsibilities; reports to the Senior Administrator
