Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 with a 2-year commitment

Salary : $56,160 - $85,280

Job Duties :

• Provide patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Develop and coordinate nursing care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate clinical changes with physicians and nursing supervisors
• Participate in the discharge planning process
