WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician for an assignment at Prestigious Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

7 : 30am to 4pm or 9 : 30am to 6pm.

Responsible for receiving written prescription or refill requests, verifying that information is accurate under supervising pharmacist.

Prepare bulk medications, fill bottles with prescribed medications, and type and attach labels.

Maintain proper storage and security for all drugs.

Deliver medications to patient care areas, refill automated dispensing cabinets, and conduct medication station reviews while adhering to department policies.

Order medications and supplies as needed or requested.

Assist patients by answering questions or referring them to the pharmacist for medication information.

Job Requirements :

Refill tech with 2+ years experience.

PTCB / CPHT required at time of submission.
