Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 1) to join the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) Integrated Planning and Scheduling team in Tukwila, WA!

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities :

• Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and / or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
• Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
• Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
• Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
