Job descriptionOperate sewing machines effectively and efficiently Inspect, repair, and reinforce flags of all sizes (including large / heavy materials) Perform sewing tasks : cutting, stitching, reinforcement, and finishing Ensure every flag repaired meets high standards of durability and craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed Previous sewing experience preferred (industrial sewing machine skills a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfort working with large, heavy materials Ability to work independently with pride in workmanship A passion for quality, craftsmanship, and respecting what the American flag represents Job Type : Part-time Pay : $20 per hour Hours : Flexible Schedule - no weekends Location : In-person at our Wixom, MI warehouse (this is not a remote position)

This role is about more than fabric and thread. Its about respecting the symbol of our nation and ensuring Old Glory and other flags we service remain strong, beautiful, and worthy of display.
