WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Med / Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Newton, MA.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

7am to 7 : 30pm.

Provides direct nursing care to adult patients on a Medical / Surgical Telemetry unit.

Monitors, interprets, and documents cardiac rhythms; reports abnormalities per unit protocol.

Prepares and administers medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous) and documents all treatments accurately.

Performs comprehensive patient assessments and updates care plans based on patient condition.

Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

Educates patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, safety precautions, and follow-up care.

Job Requirements :

2+ years of experience.

BLS and ACLS.
