Your Impact and What You'll Do:

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor: You'll be the expert our clients turn to. You'll listen to understand their unique situations, identify potential risks, and help them build a plan to protect what matters most.
  
  
• Connect with Our Community: You'll build relationships and reach out to individuals, families, and local businesses to offer guidance and show them the value of being properly protected. This includes engaging in community marketing events alongside the Agency Owner.
  
  
• Ensure Comprehensive Protection: You will proactively review our current clients' coverage to ensure it still fits their lives. As their needs change, you'll be there to recommend the right solutions and close any gaps in their protection.
  
  
• Collaborate and Grow: You'll work in a supportive team environment where we share knowledge, celebrate wins, and push each other to be our best. Youll be trained on our proven Agency Relationship Process to build lasting trust with clients.
  
  

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• A Passion for Helping: You have at least 1-2 years of experience where you've thrived by helping otherswhether that's in customer service, hospitality, teaching, or a similar client-facing role.

• The Basics: The willingness and ability to obtain state-required Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses. We'll pay for your training course and your first exam attempt!
  
  
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are highly preferred.
  
  

Your Rewards & Benefits:


Our compensation structure is designed to directly reward your dedication and the positive impact you make for our clients.

• Compensation: $21.63 - $26.44/hour base pay, plus performance-based incentives and bonuses that are uncapped after a 90-day training period.
  
  
• Significant Earning Potential: On-target earnings for those who excel at helping our clients are $65,000 - $100,000+.
