Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, business succession plans, and tax planning.
• Prepare and review estate and gift tax returns.
• Manage the probate and estate administration process.
• Create and implement effective estate plans for clients.
• Work with clients to develop business succession plans.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure effective tax planning for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest laws and regulations related to estate planning and tax.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist clients in understanding and navigating the complexities of estate planning, tax planning, and business succession planning.
• Provide legal representation for clients in court, if necessary.
