Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol in Ithaca, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols in a vehicle, remain visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, working together to create a positive environment while acting with integrity and putting people first.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
