Your Role
As an Operations Support Coordinator , youll be the organizational backbone of our office keeping communication clear, job files accurate, and processes running smoothly from the first call to job completion. Youll work closely with project managers, production teams, and customers to ensure every detail is handled with care and precision.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours either 7 : 30 a.m.4 : 30 p.m. or 8 : 00 a.m.5 : 00 p.m. , Monday through Friday.
Youll make a difference by :
Managing customer communication and coordinating incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
Reviewing and updating leads, estimates, and job files in Quickbase and WorkCenter 2.0
Assisting Project Managers with sketches, estimates, and documentation accuracy
Handling invoicing, posting payments, and following up on outstanding accounts receivable
Scheduling and tracking general cleaning and restoration jobs
Maintaining accuracy, organization, and compliance across all franchise systems

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year experience in administrative, coordination, or customer-service work
Strong organizational and computer skills
Excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking ability
A desire to contribute to a values-driven, close-knit team
