Schedule : A steady Monday to Friday full-time schedule.

Position Overview : As a Landscape Maintenance Team Lead, you'll competently lead a crew of skilled landscapers to work on some of the most beautiful properties in the area. You'll oversee tasks like mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching-keeping everything running smoothly while ensuring the highest quality. As the go-to leader, you'll inspect work sites, address any issues, and interact with clients to make sure they're thrilled with the results. Plus, you'll ensure all tools and equipment are in perfect working condition. It's fast-paced, it's rewarding, and no two days are exactly the same!
