About the Role :

We’re seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to our 82 residents. You’ll work closely with our fully staffed team of CNAs to ensure compassionate, effective nursing care.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and best practices

Supervise and assist CNAs in providing personal care and nursing procedures

Monitor residents’ care plans and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

Handle controlled substances and medication storage according to protocol

Document care thoroughly in resident records and required systems

What You Bring :

Active LPN license in the state of New York

Geriatric nursing experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Empathy, professionalism, and a team-first attitude

Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make sound decisions
