POSITION OVERVIEW

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join our inaugural Urgent Care team in Dunwoody, GA. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide direct pediatric urgent care while also serving as a clinical leader by supervising advanced practice clinicians (APCs) in a supportive and fast paced care environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

As an Pediatrician at Zarminali Pediatrics & Urgent Care you will focus on :

• Acute Pediatric Care : Providing timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of non-emergent pediatric illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Clinical Supervision : Providing oversight and clinical support to APCs to ensure quality, safety and consistency of care across shifts.
• Clinical Decision Making : Utilizing clinical judgement to determine appropriate interventions, diagnostic testing and follow up plans for acute conditions.
• Family Centered Communication : Educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps with clarity and compassion
• Documentation : Ensuing thorough, timely, and accurate documentation of all patient encounters in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration : Partnering with support staff to deliver efficient, coordinated and high-quality care with an emphasis on safety and experience

WHAT WE OFFER :

Enjoy a balanced schedule that rotates between 3 and 4 8–10-hour shifts per week (for full time providers), or for part time, work 2 or 3 8–10-hour shifts per week. Weekend hours are likely 10AM-8PM, however some flexibility might be added to ensure coverage.   If you can work 2-3 8–10-hour shifts per week consistently, please reply.
