Job Title : Clinic Support Technician
HealthPartners is currently seeking a clinic support technician. This position will provide and / or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and / or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned, and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination : High school diploma or GED
- 2 years customer service experience and / or healthcare experience
- Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire
- Licensure / Registration / Certification : Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.
