MMC Assembler

Position Summary

The MMC Assembler is responsible for maintaining the production of medical case cart products to meet customer requirements.

What You'll do as a MMC Assembler

Ability to assemble based on

knowledge of the functions of major component parts and sub-assemblies within an assigned area.

• Use and understand torque wrenches and test equipment, and troubleshoot.
• Maintain published productivity standards on moderately challenging assemblies by utilizing a traveler, blueprint and standard work.
• Maintain high quality standards (meet the departments published quality rating).
• Maintain safe work areas and practice safe work habits.
• Apply 5S tools to include the T-card system.

The Experince, Skills and Abilities Needed

Experience using torque wrenches and test equipment and related troubleshooting.

Ability to

understand

and follow work instructions, both written and oral.

Proven

teamwork experience.

Ability

to work overtime, if required.

Pay range for this opportunity is $19.11 - $24.73.

This position is eligible for

bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county / city minimums, if higher than range listed.

Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
